1. Overview

Felix Family Ventures LLC (“Felix Family Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect

When you request an AI audit or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, service interests, current website status, estimated budget, ideal timeline, business challenges, message, consent record, and submission time.

Our hosting and security providers may automatically process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, request time, and security logs. We do not ask you to submit passwords, payment-card information, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through our contact form.

If you create a client workspace, we store your authenticated account identifier, email, business profile, project goals, offers and recorded offer confirmations. The owner dashboard uses this information to prepare and deliver your project. Sign-in does not share your ChatGPT conversations with us. Payment details, when checkout becomes available, will be collected by Stripe; do not send card details through our forms.

Owner workspace and calendar

FFV may prepare business contact records, including contact details, business address, call notes, agreed next steps, offers and manually recorded receipt references. These records are restricted to the owner workspace; a client workspace shows only that client's authorized profile and offers.

If the FFV owner connects Google Calendar, the private dashboard reads upcoming appointment titles, dates, meeting links and attendee email addresses to show scheduled calls and match existing client records. It does not write Google events or send invitations. Calendar events are fetched for display rather than copied into a permanent event archive. Connection credentials are encrypted and kept on the server. The owner can disconnect from the dashboard and revoke access in their Google account. Google Calendar data is not used for advertising or AI model training.

3. How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and schedule requested conversations.
• Use transparent, rule-based scoring to prioritize inquiries and prepare relevant follow-up questions. A person reviews the information before making service or proposal decisions.
• Understand your business needs and recommend relevant services.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and workflows.
• Maintain records of consent, requests, and customer communication.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.

4. AI-powered features

If you use an AI-powered chat or voice feature, the information you provide may be processed to generate responses, qualify your request, route the conversation, and improve the system. AI interactions may be logged and reviewed. Do not provide confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information to an AI feature.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a first-party language preference cookie to remember your English or Spanish selection for up to one year. It does not contain contact information.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We collect first-party aggregate counts of public page views, device categories, contact-link clicks, contact-form starts and successful submissions, and client-workspace link clicks. We do not measure private workspace pages, record field contents or keystrokes, or store full URLs or advertising identifiers. These counts are not a history of an identified visitor. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by skipping this measurement. Aggregate records are kept on a rolling 90-day basis. To limit abuse, the server creates a daily IP-address hash and stores it temporarily for up to 24 hours, with expired records removed during subsequent measurement requests; raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics tables. Essential sign-in, hosting and security technologies may still operate.

6. When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, store submissions, deliver authorized lead notifications, operate communications, or provide requested services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

7. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including follow-up, recordkeeping, security, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, or legitimate business purposes.

9. Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
